Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
All artworks sold in our store are one-of-a-kind original pieces. Due to their unique nature, returns or exchanges based on customer preference are not accepted. Please carefully review all details before purchase.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS (Legal Obligations Only)
Returns and refunds are only provided in the following cases:
1. **Shipping Damage**
- Clear damage caused by shipping carrier
- Unboxing video evidence required
2. **Significant Product Discrepancy**
- Artwork substantially different from product description
- Minor color or size variations are not eligible
3. **Defects Due to Our Error**
- Significant defects not detected during pre-shipment inspection
RETURN CONDITIONS
All of the following conditions must be met:
✓ Contact within 24 hours of delivery (strictly enforced)
✓ Unboxing video evidence (mandatory)
✓ Artwork, frame, and all packaging materials in perfect condition
✓ No customer-caused damage or soiling after opening
✓ All accompanying documents (certificates of authenticity, etc.) intact
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us within 24 hours with unboxing video via email
2. We will review and determine eligibility within 3 business days
3. If approved, we will provide return address and instructions
4. Refund processing begins after receiving and inspecting returned item
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
× Subjective reasons ("not as expected," "changed my mind")
× Color variations due to monitor settings
× Size/specification misunderstanding (clearly stated on product page)
× Customer-caused damage, soiling, or alterations
× Contact after 24 hours
× No unboxing video evidence
× Missing artwork components or accessories
× Returns after resale to third parties
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Returns due to our error: We cover all costs
- Returns due to carrier damage: Carrier liability claim (we assist)
- Other cases: Returns not accepted
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after inspection, using your original payment method.
※ Transaction fees, if any, are customer's responsibility.
FOR EU RESIDENTS
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day return right. However, custom-made and one-of-a-kind artworks are legally exempt from this right.
