Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for domestic shipping:

• Japan Post (Yu-Pack, Letter Pack)

• Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN, TA-Q-BIN Compact)

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 5 business days.

• After shipping, delivery takes approximately 1–3 days.

• A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

Shipping Fees

• Fees vary depending on the delivery address and product size.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping Carrier

• We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipments.

• North & South America: United States, Canada, Mexico.

• Oceania: Australia, New Caledonia, Fiji.

Region B (Asia)

• United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Singapore, Turkey, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Region A (Europe, Oceania, North & South America): 1–2 weeks

  • Region B (Asia): 1–2 weeks

• Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and local postal service conditions.

Shipping Fees

• Fees vary depending on the product and destination.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Fees

• Region A: From 3,150 JPY

• Region B: From 1,450 JPY

Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking number.

• EMS tracking is available on the Japan Post website.

• Local postal service tracking options:

  • United States: USPS Tracking

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracking

  • Germany: Deutsche Post Tracking

  • France: La Poste Tracking

Note: Once the package arrives in the destination country, tracking updates may no longer appear on the Japan Post website. Please check with your local postal service for further details.

Customs & Taxes

• Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

• Any additional charges imposed by customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• For more information, please check with your country's customs office.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• If your item is damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 20 business days (processing time may vary depending on the payment method).
