Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 days after purchase.

Tracking Number
All orders include a tracking number.

Shipping Notification
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and confirmation URL at your registered email address.

- United States: DHL
- Other regions: EMS (Express Mail Service)

Delivery Time (estimated arrival after shipment)
- Domestic (Japan): 2-4 days
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Asia: 3-7 days
- Europe: 5-10 days
- Other regions: 7-14 days

Shipping costs are set according to your region and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What's Included in Shipping
The shipping cost includes:
- Framing (with frame)
- Multi-layer protective packaging (double protective boxes + double cushioning materials + waterproofing)
- Careful hand packaging
- International shipping (with insurance)

Packaging Process:
1. Protect the framed artwork with cushioning materials
2. Pack in the first protective box
3. Add a second protective box for additional protection
4. Seal completely with waterproof wrap
5. Final protection with cushioning materials

Shipping Insurance
All shipments include insurance. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during shipping, the full product price will be covered, so you can order with confidence.

Changing Delivery Address
- Before shipment: Address changes are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- After shipment: Address changes are not possible. Please enter the correct delivery address when ordering.

Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier busy periods (year-end/New Year holidays, holiday seasons, etc.)
- Special circumstances in the destination region

Even if delays occur, you can check the shipping status with the tracking number.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) may apply depending on the destination country or region
- These taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility
