Return and Refund Policy
Basic Policy
All works sold in our store are one-of-a-kind original art pieces. Due to the nature of these works, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference. Please carefully review all details before purchase and ensure you are fully satisfied before completing your order.
Cases Where Returns and Refunds Are Accepted (Legal Obligation)
We will accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:
1. Damage During Shipping
- Clear damage caused by carrier negligence
- Video evidence of unboxing is mandatory
2. Significant Discrepancy from Product Description
- When the delivered artwork significantly differs from the product page description
- Minor differences in color or size are not eligible
3. Defective Products Due to Our Error
- Significant defects that were not discovered during pre-shipment inspection
Return Conditions
We will only respond when ALL of the following conditions are met:
✓ Contact within 24 hours of product arrival (strict deadline)
✓ Submission of video evidence during unboxing (mandatory)
✓ Complete preservation of artwork, framing, and all packaging materials
✓ No damage or soiling caused by customer after opening
✓ All accompanying documents such as certificates of authenticity are intact
Return Procedure
1. Contact us via email within 24 hours of product arrival with unboxing video
2. We will review the content and determine eligibility within 3 business days
3. Only if approved, we will provide return address and instructions
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund process
Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
× Subjective reasons such as "different from my image" or "not what I expected"
× Color appearance differences due to monitor settings
× Misunderstanding of size/specifications listed on product page
× Damage, soiling, or alterations caused by customer
× Contact made after 24 hours
× No video evidence of unboxing
× Missing artwork or accessories
× Returns after resale to third parties
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: We cover all costs
- Returns due to carrier error: Claim against carrier (we support customers)
- Other cases: Returns not accepted
Refund Method
After inspection of returned items is complete, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
※ Any bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
For EU Residents
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return within 14 days of receipt. However, custom-made works and one-of-a-kind artworks are legally exempt from this return right.
